Australia Post and Couriers are under immense load due to Covid-19 increasing online order volumes, they are also required to socially distance or operating in a 'Covid Safe' manner within their distribution hubs. Due to this adjustment within their businesses there may be delays on estimated Express, Standard and Courier shipments times displayed.

To recover your Account or Log In details please follow the link below, you will need to know your Email Address and a new password will be sent to you.
To place an order with FixMyKite add any product you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, once you've finished selecting your items proceed to the Checkout and enter your details.
If you have an existing account you can then log in with those details, if you do not have an existing account one will be created as part of the order process.
All Parcel orders through FixMyKite can be tracked, we email tracking details on dispatch to your account's email address. You can also track all orders through "My Orders," open the order you wish to track and there will be a tracking link.
When will you Ship My Order?
Orders placed before 2:00PM AEST (Melbourne) are shipped same day Monday - Friday.
